PseudoGeneQuest is an online pseudogene tool that searches for a given query sequence from human genome different types of pseudogenes as well as novel genes and gene fragments

You have to start the search with providing a protein sequence on the search page either by pasting it in FASTA format, or by a GenBank, RefSeq or Uniprot accession number.

During the submission you will be provided with a unique search ID, which should be use to access the results later on our server. The analysis take at a maximum of 1 hour, and you will get an email notification when it is finished. The results are included to the email, but it can be checked on the result checker page, where the links are provided to the sequence entries also.
